Apple has come under sheer criticism from its iPhone user. The users are claiming that Apple is intentionally furnishing updates meant to slow down iPhones, particularly the older ones, in a bid to push users to acquire latest versions of iPhone.

The backlash from users has instigated some very enraged customers to file lawsuit against Apple Incorporation. They have exhibited their reservation of slowing down of older models of iPhone and thereby its batteries life has prolonged. But at the moment there is no response recorded from company which is souring the ambiguities among users.

Users have alleged this in lawsuit at Chicago Court and they belong to Illinois, North Carolina, Indiana and Ohio. They claimed that company has disrupted certain consumer related laws and they should be adequately informed regarding the purpose of this step to slow down iPhones. Because if, replacing battery is one way to improve the speed of iPhone, they shall never resort to buying new ones.

Lately Apple responded to the claims that, software was supposed to slow down certain phones to meet the problem of lithium ion batteries, which could be dead if the battery life was not enhanced by any mean. Los Angles also witness the filling of lawsuit against Apple.

The software updates are released for number of iPhone models. And our aim is to provide great experience to our users and we make sure the models we furnish are up to date and also they are long lasting to facilitate customer in every possible way. This came from Apple, to reiterate there customer priority stance.
