As part of company’s expansion plan Careem Service Launched in Iraq. The company also is planning to soon start its operations in other cities as well, as initially, it will operate in Baghdad. The Careem service in Baghdad is launched on 15th January and it already has the presence in 90 cities across 13 countries, namely Pakistan, Turkey and MENA (the Middle East and North Africa). The company currently has around 15 million service users and 0.5 million Captains in its operations.  Careem services will facilitate the people of Iraq with its comfortable commutes, economical rates, availability and tracking your ride via GPS technology.

The payment mode also involves the variety of means of payment with cash, or credit card. Also, you can utilize Careem credit card to pay your rides. Careem Service Launched in Iraq, will be very helpful for the country emerging out of war crisis. People need the sustainable source for earning and also, there is an alarming level of unemployment.  On the launching ceremony of Careem, CEO Mudassir sheikha and Managing Director of Emerging markets Ibrahim Manna told that they had aimed to create 10,00,000 jobs in MENA by 2018 and it is one of the milestone achieved. By creating venues for jobs Careem will be contributing to reviving the lost status of leading Middle East nation, the Republic of Iraq.
