The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is supposed to be the best of all there is by Samsung but the news incidents of these phones catching fire due to battery issues have been quite fairly many. The alarmingly increasing complains have prompted the company to look into the matter seriously which is why it is recalling all devices from all over the world.

It has now become the most high profile issue there is while Pakistan being an important part in this industry has also been affected with the same incidents as they catch fire while charging. This has also led the company to stop the supply of the phone and carry out additional quality testing as the problem has still not been diagnosed.

Not to forget the device was launched in South Korea on 19th August 2017 while it came to be known greatly for its style and combinational functions. The problem now has led the Korean tech giant to delay the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 launch in other European countries like France and Britain while US shipments have also been stopped according to what South Korean Yonhap News Agency reports.

Samsung Pakistan is yet to answer how this is going to affect shipments and dates locally while a global statement confirming the issue has also been given by Samsung in a South Korea press conference.

It says that it has been producing highest quality products keeping in mind the value of their customers as they take them very seriously which is why, in response to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 incidents, a recollection is going to take place for further investigation for the battery cell issue that has been found.

It also added that till 1st of September there have been 35 reported cases globally while a thorough investigation with suppliers for affected batteries in the market is being carried out as well. It is also because of the customer’s safety that the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 have been stopped while those who already have one shall be replaced over the next weeks with a new one voluntarily. Lastly, it has also said that they know it is affecting the market but to ensure that Samsung keeps providing its best they are working closely with their partners for the same.
